This was a visit from the Shahs sister, I think (Ashraf??). She doesn't look very happy. At least I assume it was an Abadan visit, although the sofa looks fancier than anything I remember at the clubs. It seems doubtful they would have had this photo for some visit somewhere else. Perhaps this was at a consulate.
